Get yourself trained on QuickBooks

QuickBooks is the World's most widely used small to medium business package, it is surprisingly user friendly but a little training goes a long way. It is often said that if you put rubbish in you get rubbish out. With a package as user friendly as QuickBooks with a little training there should be no reason that together we can not get QuickBooks working for you not against you.

I have trained many clients from Panel beaters, Farmers, Plumbers Estate agents and Dentists. (in no particular order) Having seen the complexity of their business, I would doubt I could make money in their chosen profession, however my clients are often bewildered by the complexity of accounting. There is no need. Basic accounting is not complex, I find that just with a few hours of training, generally on a one to one basis at your premises. You can be well on the way to producing your own accounts, that can be read by your accountant. In addition you should be able to  produce your own BAS report with confidence.
